Holy balls.. Just the way this week works out I had two back to back days of that nike training club app and DAMN I can feel it! I am hobbling!! My mind wants to keep going but my body is glad it’s a rest day tmo.

The good news: just got home from a 2.57 mile run. First time I’ve been out running in WAAAAAAY too long!! It felt better than I expected actually - felt more like a welcome home than a struggle.
The bad news: it is kinda depressing I used to run 5 miles as just an everyday, no-big-d occurrence and now I’m starting again at 2.5.. Oh well.. Take it easy this week and start to build...

Sooo I’ve been on a fairly healthy track the past while. I’ve lost a cumulative five pounds over the last few months, but mostly all at the start.. Here’s where it gets good.
