The good news: just got home from a 2.57 mile run. First time I’ve been out running in WAAAAAAY too long!! It felt better than I expected actually - felt more like a welcome home than a struggle. The bad news: it is kinda depressing I used to run 5 miles as just an everyday, no-big-d occurrence and now I’m starting again at 2.5.. Oh well.. Take it easy this week and start to build...
